Today I did 1 $200 redemption, and 1 $100 (that one not planned). So in the unplanned redemption, my ROC creams were in clearance (they even had a card inside saying "watch for our new cream, package changing), best type of clearance ever. They were almost 50% off, and since my wrinkles are getting more wrinkly by the day, I NEED my cream, lol! The lady at the cosmetic counter also gave me full size freebies plus a bunch of samples and a pink bag
Now for my biggie. I used $102.37 in coupons. I had 2 coupons that were sent to me by SDM for B1G1 FREE on deodorant and toothpaste, that's where odd amount comes in. So, my total before coupons was $309.03, after coupons and my $200 redemption, my OOP was $10.34 I got lots of great stuff, mostly food and beverages. 3 Folger coffee, 10 cans of evaporated milk (for the coffee), 2 cheesy poofs 12 energy drinks ( with bonus points), salmon, oysters and mussels, cookies, paper towels, 6pk tissue (not in picture) 6 lbs of butter, yogurt and so much more. The best part is that 90% of these points come from my meds, so it truly is FREE. I still have enough for a few more redemptions, but we didn't really need anything else right now. Thanks for listening to my ramblings and PLEASE, for heavens sake.......let me know when my cream starts working, I'm beginning to feel like one of those dogs, LOL.

Wow! You sure did a super shop. Isn't it awsome when something that generally sucks (having to pay for medication regularily) can reap some kind of reward?

Actually, funny enough, I don't really plan, I usually go on the fly, including this time.
That's why I love a good clearance rack. If you try and plan things out, it never ever works. At least not for me. Things are either out of stock, or I don't know the price if it's not on sale, and it just gets really frustrating. I always bring my binder (s) with me, but I know ahead of time what's on sale and have in my mind what things I want, but once I get there it's always a play it by ear type of thing. Because I've used coupons for almost 30 years now, it's actually just like having cash. Only thing when I do a redemption I always have my calculator and add up as I go cause I hate having to run and grab something because I'm short, and I don't like being over by a lot of money either. $5 to $20 is where I like to stay when I doing a redemption.
Thanks everyone. We all need a little sunshine every now and then

Did you figure out why they only take $196.32 and not $200? It doesn't make sense the amount they deduct.
Nice score on the anti-wrinkle cremes plus the bonus pink bag (Need to spend $75 to qualify for one).

Holy Moly what a brag! I had a little chuckle that my eyes immediately zeroed in on the Cadbury bars! I must be chocolate deprived at the moment. Great deals all around!
