What do you wish you could spend more time doing?

Vacation... more so that I wish DH had more time for vacations/travelling since it is hard for him to take time off of work.

Cooking more nutritious meals. Just cooking from scratch everyday. I love cooking but don't always have the time.
I'm fortunate DS1 is not a picky eater. He doesn't mind carrot sticks, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits and leftovers for school. I just wish come dinner time, I could spend more time cooking delicious nutritious meals instead of cooking something in under 30mins.

I wish I could spend more time on me. Like a dance class, go for a haircut, wear make-up, taking the time to choose a nice outfit before heading out and not always jumping into the same clothes everyday.

I have all the time in the world to do whatever I please. It's more a question of health these days....without your health, it doesn't matter how much time you have on your hands.
Stay well, people, look after your bodies, and for heaven's sake, don't break a leg! Trust me...it's a looooong road to recovery!

What I wish for more than anything is my independence again....to actually walk to the car, drive it wherever I want to go and spend as much time there as I please!! Ah, those were the good ol' days.....does one forget how to drive??!!

Mostly though, more time with my kids, I actually miss being a stay at home mom sometimes

Couponing! Seriously!!! I'm starting to get back into it but I don't have the time to really go hardcore with it like I used to.

Our Dan has a new job which evidently doesn't afford him as much time to spend with us...but I'm guessing that he checks in on us now and then....
