I called them about 10 days ago and I only received 1-1.00 coupon. Looks like they have cut back!!!!!!!!!!!

meanwhile... i just sent off for a sample pack of tampax today through a current promotion. hmm... no samples or coupons eh?

I emailed El Monterey yesterday, giving them some praise about the awesome taquitos they make, and within hours, got this response:

I emailed Bicks to complain about the lack of variety in the jar of mixed sweet mustard pickles we had with our Thanksgiving turkey. First time I had done this; but this web site has made me a more responsible and aware consumer - a "Smart Canuck."

In today's mail I received an apology letter. It came in an envelope from Smuckers (?!) and included a Robin Hood "Bake Some Memories" mini booklet with quite a few coupons in it, AND 2 FPCs to a value of $7.00 each, and good on a variety of condiments, including Bicks and Crosse & Blackwells. Expiry date of April 30, 2013. Nice surprise.
