At today's Target closing north of the GTA, I realized I will miss:
the friendly employees -- they were helpful even to the last few hours, using a pricing gun to find an item's price, giving their opinion on the Sonia Kashuk products
the great customer service -- we did not wait long in line since they kept opening new cash registers when the line was long
They even said thank you for shopping and have a nice day. So simple. So helpful.
It was sad to hear them on the walkie talkies saying, Liquidator Jen, please pick up on 2. Liquidator Jen. No longer Target employee Jen.

Staff did not like people in the store taking pictures. Told them to delete. But honestly, what are you gonna do? Ban people from the store that's closing tomorrow?

The "Hi" brochures at the front of the store, that had coupons inside
Great when you could use a Hi coupon with a manufacturer coupon, when the item was on sale

never got to a target in canada, but does sound like the staff was exactly
like i met with in chicago - as does the great deals, too bad the selection
sounded not so good here.
whole scenario does seem very odd, like target assumed we would accept
lousy/no stock and now they owe so many companies for stock etc.
blah blah,,,
however for those interested heard this video on the cbc from some staff

Fiskars garden shears
One year, they put them in the bath section near the towels, so you could not miss it.
Bought shears as gifts for friends and family and paid $5.xx to $8.xx
Regular price was up to $19.xx
