(OVER) Free SampleSource Spring 2015 Samples

Hi, I noticed the "one sample box per address and IP" so I emailed them to confirm. This was my email:

Subject: Urgent Question about Samples
Message: Hi, I just read the confirmation email that I received after I signed up for samples. It says that there is only one sample box per address and IP. As far as I know the "IP" part of that is new. Today I ordered samples for myself, my mother, and my sisters. They are all different addresses but I would have ordered them all under the same IP address. Are you saying that only one sample box will be sent even though I sent it to different people? Please confirm.

anyone read their email confirmation? I never noticed before did it always say 1 allowed per IP address? I thought as long as you had a different physical mailing address and a different email then each order was allowed, but now maybe not??

Yes, same with people in universities/dorms etc. or ordering from work.
Also, my friend in Toronto shared an IP address with the whole apt. building, as it was included in her rent (and this was a big building - at least 15 floors).

I am newly registered to the forum but I have been lurking on these forums and the Smart Canucks website for years now. I registered for the sole purpose of sharing this information because a lot of people were asking the same question and, truth be told, I was annoyed by the response that I received from Samplesource.

A lot of people have been asking the same question, and complaining about the IP address rule, on instagram but Samplesource hasn't yet provided any answers. Usually they are very prompt with answers.

I'm going by this, shown after you submit - "Please remember, 1 order per address. Duplicate orders will be removed."

So, I did it for my son. He did get the last one.
