I just had a thought as I was submitting receipts to CO51. I have 2 accounts on the go but that is how I will pay for presents this year as I have never cashed out yet. I will also use my Swagbucks just as I did last year.

One more thought or question to be precise. Can I use a Rexall GC to buy a different GC?

Last year when the samples came in the mail, I put aside items as stocking stuffers, it's amazing what we get for free and makes super giftables. The razor from samplesource or P&G can't remember in my son's stocking, along with the mini deoderants and a whole bunch of other stuff, he was really happy.

By doing this I must have saved a good $30 and it was all free and I had an Oprah "ah ha" moment , it was a tough Christmas financially last year and I really had to think outside the box which led to samples in stockings, oh my

Though I'm sad about Target closing, I did manage to come out of the liquidation with all the toys I'll ever need for birthdays and Christmas for DD plus all the other kids we need to buy for.

I am done most stocking stuffers and have bought fabric to make new stockings this year.Wrap, gift bags and cards are done. I have two totes of clothing (sweaters and hoodies) from Boathouse and Boootlegger that I got for 70% off for all the men in my life!! I bought some new decorations for 70% off at Taraget, I want to do white and gold this year. I think I may have a problem!!
I utilize all points programs to use in November to purchase gift cards, and groceries and of course lots of gifts at Shoppers with my Optimum card.

BF drives me nuts because hes an xmas even stocking stuffer shoppe. Me I have everything done that I want to buy weeks ahead of time even mailed out to the people i want to have it given to.

I do the 52 week savings challenge as well to budget for Christmas - last year it was so nice not to go into ANY debt in regards to christmas spending.

This year I've started on blankets for certain people for christmas as well as have a few gifts "tucked away" already that i know certain people would not buy for them self but would love to have.

I'm hoping this weekend to sort all the Christmas wrap etc (I bought tons after Christmas this year-Can't wait to start wrapping lol) and to grab what I have for gifts so far and put in a Rubbermaid bin. It's all part of the organizing the storage room but it seems everyone dumps their crap in there which makes it hard for me to move in there to organize it! Will try for sure this weekend.
