OTTAWA, Oct 2 (Reuters) - One of the world's most famous central bank chiefs, Bank of England Governor Mark Carney, briefly became the late American actor Art Carney during a Canadian election debate on Friday.
Gilles Duceppe, leader of the separatist Bloc Quebecois party, referred twice to "Art Carney" alluding to corporations sitting on cash piles.
It took Liberal leader Justin Trudeau to let him know he must have been speaking about Mark Carney, who used to head the Bank of Canada and now is at the Bank of England.
Art Carney co-starred with Jackie Gleason in the comedy "The Honeymooners."

yes , theire cv are in the local newspaper

and i must tell , the choice is harder....

if i think voting for one, i don't like the chef
if i think voting for the chef, i don't like the one in my place

in both situation , local or federal, i can't even think about voting for any one of them

if i like some of their opinion, there are some ideas i just can't agree
and it suits everyone of them

so,....it's a no no.....

I don't think legalization is going to flick some moral switch in people and make people who were inclined not to smoke into potheads.

People who do, will, and those that don't, won't. The idea is to get some measure of control over the people that do. Right now police are largely turning a blind eye. People don't belong in jail or with a criminal record IMO but they do have to be responsible.

I agree, and being regulated you can be sure it isn't going to be laced with chemicals or phentenal. Kind of funny menthol cigarettes were banned in our province today but pot may be legal in a couple of years!
