Wowsers about Atlantic Canada results; methinks they have been drinking too much Red Bull.
Hope it doesn't translate across the country.
Just listening to a very happy Ralph Goodale talking on Global tv - he won't make a prediction, made a farm analogy about chickens, blah blah blah...

Aboriginal Affairs Minister Bernard Valcourt was the first Conservative cabinet minister to lose his seat Monday night – to Liberal Rene Arseneault.
Fisheries Minister Gail Shea lost to Liberal Bobby Morrissey in Egmont.
Central Nova, previously held by former cabinet minister Peter Mackay, also went Liberal, electing Sean Fraser.
Seamus O’Regan won St. John’s South-Mount Pearl, taking the seat from the NDP.

CBC radio coverage is very good - I'm liking Michael Enright and Susan Bonner, and they have good local coverage.
However, CBC livestream is not coming through on my old clunker of a computer, so I'm giving Global a try - see how long I can put up with the buffering...

I didn't even bother trying CTV, they are always problematic. Global is coming across decently enough, even though it stops sometimes.
I leave the tv to my husband, since we only have one. Only other option is the tablet, and I don't want to be on it.

New numbers should be coming in in a few minutes. Go Bloc! Go NDP!
I'm really hoping for a minority... can you tell?

May I ask: does Quebec typically vote Conservative? Seems the Crimson Tide has stalled across the border...

CBC just declared Trudeau will be the next Prime Minister. Wow. Seems early!

CBC is projecting a Liberal government, they're calling it early. They aren't saying if it will be a majority or minority.
