    I stopped in at an estate sale and sooo freaking glad I did!!! I have wanted one of these for ever and when I saw the price, my jaw dropped on the floor! Brand-new, never even opened Kitchenaid classic for, wait for it........$75.00!!!!!!! Trick or Freaking Treat!!!

    UPDATE

    i didn't think I would use this mixer too much so I donated it to our local women's shelter. When DH found out this beauty appeared under our Yule tree!!

    Sale of things owned by deceased person's estate. Usually after a death, whoever is taking care of the estate sells off the property and furnishings because of possible estate taxes or other related

Sometimes an auction firm might conduct the estate sale (if there are collectibles or noteworthy furniture or executor wants someone else to deal with the sale).
