Stop or keep going? (Dessange)

Any feedback on the white bottle/treatment? The instructions for the treatment say to wear gloves while spraying...makes me wonder how strong of a lightener it is.

My 2 coupons for 1000 points worked last week but this time they would only let me use one. I at least convinced them to input it, but it was rejected. I might call about those points.

Also every time I use the BOGO coupons, i have to pay for the higher one which is the treatment. I am thinking of asking for the difference to be refunded as the coupons says the treatment is free.

Can they not read at your store? I would be taking that to their Facebook page and have someone call that store to straighten them out.

Today they didn't let me use even one bonus coupon in the same store where I bought the deal 3 days ago for CO51.

When my DH gets home and sees that I've bought another two sets this morning and I get scolded... I'm blaming @peaches [email]and@rocko for making me do it!!!!!!

Thank you, that is an excellent idea. I will gather my receipts and compose a note about the issue. Hopefully, I will see a couple of dollars returned for each of 6 or 7 Dessange purchases over the last several weeks.

I find posting on Facebook to be the best way to get your problem sorted out with most companies! I hope you get somewhere with it.

Lol, my dh encourages me to go get the free stuff or moneymaking stuff when I hesitate or think maybe I have enough. I think he anticipates the deals where he is going to hear me rant about why I didn't get more and why didn't he tell me to get more!! Haha. And as for cracking down on printables all retailers need to breakdown and invest in the technology to scan coupons and get it over with already. This is getting ridiculous.

I am on their facebook page and i'll try to find your post if you decide to keep it public. I'll have your back. It was very wrong to overcharge you.

And the other SC member whose accounts are being watched so that she couldn't get more dessanges, write it on facebook. Dont let them go away with it. It's almost like your bank account and store cashiers/managers should not be allowed to go into your account.

Lucky you! I actually did the same today since I forgot to bring the coupons with me, but the cosmetics lady had no idea what I was talking about, even asked me to repeat the name of the brand a few times. Will go back tomorrow to my usual location that has employees that are a bit more knowledgeable lol

I wish I could do it as I am out of my shampoo but I opt for $2 Pantene that was on sale at Safeway. I really want to hold on to my money before it get snatched by big 'master' aka banks; gosh those loans!

Seven pages! Okay, I caved and tried it. B1G1, 1000 SDM points (printable), 1000 SDM points (coupon from SDM cosmetics lady), $15 from CO51, $15 from Snap

I also used the SDM GC from the last promotion. Wow, that's crazy....!

You guys are *such* a bad influence. Thank you.
