Stopped into shoppers to buy 2 X 12 packs of pop and discovered tons of managers coupons in the cheese area. I could not resist and see Mac and cheese in my future!

Total of $38 in managers coupons. Some of the cheese had $2 and some $3 managers coupons. The Caramilk bars were $3.79- $2 managers coupon. There were at least 10 packs of cheese left on the shelf with managers coupons for the next Smart Canuck. I also used a $2 manufacturers coupon on the dark ginger ale and had a personal Optimum bonus of 3000 points when you spend $20 on food/snacks!
spotted lots of nuts, other dairy products and chocolates with managers coupons which is rare at my 2 local stores.

Cheese freezes well (turns crumbley) and I use it on pizzas and casseroles.

I freeze cheese all the time. You can minimize crumbling if you you let the frozen cheese completely thaw in the fridge before breaking the wrapping. At least 1 day, 2 is better. The natural moisture in the cheese is re-absorbed. If you open it too soon, the ice crystals just evaporate as they thaw. Use the grated cheese frozen as needed.

Wow ! Super jealous of your cheese deals !! I find the Cracker Barrel marble cheese freezes very well (isn't crumbly after thawing )

Best kind of deal! I love cheese.
It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness.
