Hello, friends!

A question for all the great cooks out there. I just bought 10lb. of potatoes for $1.99. I won't consume these very quickly. Can I do something to cook and freeze them?

Hoping that our friend @Lynn49 is enjoying her trip. I have other friends heading off to Europe.

@Natalka - hoping that you will not be badly affected by the big storm heading into the midwestern states.

Also, @Newfiescreech - hope that big storm that's been bouncing around the Atlantic missed you.

My BrotherR is settling into his new "home". We are trying to get transportation arranged so that he can get here and there. I went over to his apartment today and brought some of his laundry home. Also took him some things he needed and a book I had bought for him. (Also a Timmies ice cap which he loves.)

@GoJays thanks I’ll be ok. Just stood up too fast and then lost my balance. Feeling much better now. Volunteered for over 4 hours fri. Then I voted and went to the gym. Tomorrow I’m volunteering again. Campaign manager bought pizza today and tomorrow will be providing food again. Probably go to the gym again in the evening. Hope everyone has a good weekend. :)

Good morning, friends!
Prying my eyeballs open so I can leap into action any second now, honest!

Yawn....

Good morning my SC friends. Was busy in the kitchen baking. Well now I am finish having a cup of tea then off to clean the mess that I made. I made croutons , apple pie, Coconut Buns, and some cheese Rolls.
After I am finished I will try to read out my lightning loan from the Library

Avon, I feel the same. Was not a good sleep last night.

Flemeth - oh, yummers! Enjoy those baked treats!

I have an owie - huge blister on my left shin, must be over six inches. I had two nurses see me Tuesday for other things, but this showed up Wednesday night. Friday I called my coordinator to see if a nurse could come, and she did yesterday. She had not ever seen one that big, but rebandaged it and said a nurse will come Tuesday. However, should it break before then, to call and a nurse will come out. She said she would talk with someone from the wound care team.

So, crap... More I needed to load on to my troubles!

Hi avoncallingu..hope all is well with you sweetie..your always so busy busy ..I say take few days off and relax some ... oooh looks like that storm is hitting us here on the Rock while I’m typing this message..Gee ..the wind pick up crazy outside now ..it’s raining and so miserable outside..the best place be right now .. is in the bed cover up .To bad I’m not tired enough ..go to bed yet LOL ..my goodness today I walk on the beach for over 3 hours and it was a beautiful afternoon and so warm outside..what a difference now outside. Gee ..couple days ago I bought some mums flowers..brighten up my yard for thanksgiving ..with this wind were getting..they could be all blow away ..
