Plus 1 for me @flemeth . I have physio at 8:30 then it will be back to the A/C bunker! ( home ) . I intend to take in the first episode of Season 2 of House Of Dragon!!
What I found delightful on Netflix was a series of interviews with David Lettermen. There are about 5 seasons, I just watched a few from the latest season, with Miley Cyrus,
Charles Barkley and Cardi B. They are really good interviews.

oooohhh!! @flemeth ^^^ I just looked into that series on You tube. It's older but comes from the creators of other series that I have enjoyed and has actors in it that I love to watch! ( Sissy Spacek, Linda Cardellini, Ben Mendelsohn, Kyle Chandler ( swoon! ) ha ha I have it bookmarked now. thnx.
It's a scant mixture of egg salad on Triscuit crackers morning for me an a coffee.
Due to the extreme heat the guys are sticking to taking all cold things into work for their meals, so I hard boiled up 7 eggs in my adorable cooker, I got 1 they get 6...tee hee. They also take cut veg sticks and some and fruit.
Stay indoors if possible everyone.

Good morning.

I've been given the all clear to run again from my PT. Well, I’m cleared to return gradually but I’m still freaking excited! Yesterday was a rough work day and was a definite increased load on my injury but it’s feeling pretty good this morning so I’m going to start my run training today. Wish me luck

The yucky rain is here now so it’s so moist feeling. I don’t do well with rain or high humidity. Thank goodness for aircon.

woo hoo! @harbie You and I both got great " go ahead " reports from our PT's.
Mine said " now go out there and live life with your new knee! " I only have to return there one more day on July 11th so he can determine how I'm doing with my new maintenance programme .
He's encouraged me to think of myself as able bodied where extended periods of sitting should be avoided ( mealtimes of course don't apply ) . New opportunities are there to be seized, to be physical and build up strength in these dormant things called muscles....ha ha
