As for a pic of her step-son....oh, goodness!!! If I were younger...and lived in Florida....and never met my Hubby.....and, and.....
Busy day...doctor appt for me, then our Grandson's graduation at school, then out to dinner for our anniversary!

AND it's finally a gorgeous, sunny day!!!!

@walkonby Thanks, it is getting better around here. More ethnic foods, vegan etc. I once heard a guy at no frills a few years ago looking for a
rhubarb pie. The manager said they had the standard fare such as apple, cherry, blueberry because it's Timmins afterall and that's what most people want. I asked for falafel mix one day and they had never heard of it but now I see it in multiple stores.

@cabmonk, when we were in Egypt, with our car and tour guide he stopped at a roadside grill and ordered falafal for the 3 of us and it was amazing. I've had it here, and it was lovely, but wow....a whole different thing there, maybe it was the whole sights and sounds of Cairo, but boy it was the best!! Yes, times are changing and ethnic foods are thankfully finding their way to our 'regular' grocery stores. I am really surprised about the rhubarb pie, though....!!! I always made them in the spring: rhubarb strawberry pies. And everyone grew rhubarb!!

@22hicks, talk about schizophrenic weather today...one minute sunny and hot, the next minute really, really big thunder claps and rolling thunder and downpours!! Then sunny again. I hope it's nice when we're going into our grandson's school for the ceremonies. And then dinner.
As for my doctor, he's sending me for an MRI on my back, and a circulation test on my legs because poor circulation there can cause those stabbing, debilitating pains also. Fingers crossed something can be done!!

Lordy!! It's pouring cats and dogs out there!!! I'd love it if I didn't have to go out in it later!!
Puh-lease stop, we need sunshine!!

...sun's out again!!! I hope it holds out for another 15 minutes while I finish my glass of wine and head to the ceremony. Then dinner!
