Thanks @Natalka definitely trying. I tried to find the trail for Hersey lake today. I find the trail head. However it then goes off into like 5 unmarked trails most of which go back around to nowhere lol. I’ll try to figure it out another day.

Well, I forgot that it was only one week since I saw a nurse, so one will come next week.

Dr. Nellie came first in the aft, so we had a bit of a chat before my coordinator, Bree, came. She walked into the bedroom with a big help for me - and I happily freaked her out by getting up, talking a few steps towards her with a hand on the walker, stopped and let go - arms outstretched for a big hug. She was amazed! Definitely not in the same condition she had seen me last.

These women are going to continue to take excellent care of me. I told Dr. Nellie that I don't really like the GP I have - but she said he can be my 'on paper' doctor, but she will visit me, do my prescriptions, bloodwork, etc.
I hadn't yet heard from the community Physiotherapist yet, but Bree said she just found out that someone had requested to be mine. The BEST news is that I was just supposed to get a regular community one, but this one I will get is from the Seniors First program, which is great! What that means is that she's part of the specialized team looking after me. Hopefully she will contact me soon for a session.

I talked with the doc about the severe pain I am having with my hamstrings, she said that's tricky, there is not much that can be done other than the specific exercises I am already doing! Hoping the new physio can help.

I hadn't been using my CBD oil for about five days, I had forgotten to order it. Over that time my sleep was worse, the nerve pain in the hand worsened, as did the hamstring pain! So obvious not using it was affecting these, but I got a delivery today so I will be back using it - will be interesting to see what gets better.

The best comments I got from the two of them were that I was back to being my bubbly funny self again, they said they had missed that when I was in such pain last fall/winter as I was going on my downward slide.

So the doc ordered some pain meds I didn't have refills on, and had already put in a req for bloodwork. The latter she will have to add on the things the rheumatologist wanted tested. I don't have to go to a lab, she is arranging for the mobile lab to come to me.

What a Fab aft I had! I like when things go well, and am so reassured to have this amazing team looking out for me!

Tomorrow would have been my late husband's 70th birthday.

I have a number of things on my plate. Tootie gets groomed tomorrow- she got into the rain-soaked top soil. And her paws are filthy. I cleaned her paws but not very well.

Then Thursday, it's time for my gussying up. And dr. appointment and choir.

I worked on my cousin's wedding ceremony today. I have included parts of my own wedding ceremony - she was there but she was just a little girl at the time. Some ceremonies that @Lynn49 shared with me have been very helpful- very touching and meaningful.

@avoncallingu , happy you can make use of that "poem" I 1/4 scavenged, 3/4 wrote. I've received so many compliments on it after my ceremonies...one that touched me was from an older man who told me: "That's exactly what marriage is. You nailed it." Lol...not as poetic but so touching.

@GoJays oh yeah the last few days it has been nice. Was +21 today and sunny. Wed is supposed to be +15 and I think rain Thursday. Hope everyone has a good day Wednesday. 🙂

The little daffodillies that I planted at my old residence last November are blooming! So pretty!

Well, Timmies, here we come. Maybe I will try their new egg-white and spinach morning thingies. And maybe a REAL cup of steeped tea. Oh, that would taste so good!
