Not sure where to ask this but there is no Click and Collect thread and I didn't think it was worth starting a new one.

Can you price match, use paper coupons, or spend your points using Click and Collect? I'm guessing you put everything in your order, then tell the delivery person? Any way to avoid a back and forth and just tell them in advance?

I've done it once and it worked. All I did was put a note in with the product, and again at the end, under the instructions

Does anyone find their offers vanish? I had one for Salsa and now it's gone. I'm pretty sure it was a bonus offer and it was good for a week.

A heads-up: I did the Beauty Boutique GC promo that's on this weekend. The cards were sitting on a display on the counter at the cash at the front and all 3 cosmeticians -including the manager - were at the back chatting. I went through the cards looking for a number I liked (kind of a superstition) and found 2 cards that had the pin area scratched off with the pins exposed. I would bet whoever did that took pictures so they had the card # and pin and are just waiting for the card to be activated. i turned the cards over to the cosmetics manager but wanted to let everyone here know. The Beauty Boutique GCs - at least the ones here - don't come with a cardboard backing like a lot of the newer SDM GCs do, so easier to access the area to scratch for the pin.

Did the BOGO offer on herbal essences today and there was an in store offer at shoppers of b2g3000....so it cost $5.27 for 2 and got 3000 pts...not a bad deal

Some other info: Here it doesn't count toward the wus promos like the 20x events. But at Provigo last week I wanted to do a $10 redemption and my total was $9.99. The redemption did not go through because I was under $10! The cashier said it would work if I bought a plastic bag ($0.10 at the store). I didn't do that but it looks like a redemption will cover the cost of bags - at least at Provigo.

The incessant missing points from Loblaws has migrated over to Shoppers now and I have never had issues there before. Had a 20x offer. Spent $58 before tax (no items on the exclusion list). That should be 17,000 points. I only got 13,000. Looks like they actually subtracted some of the points from my personalized offers from the 20x points total!!

And I signed up for a PC insiders membership and didn't get ANY of the points for that that I was supposed to. There was no trace of it on my transaction at all. What have i done, forking over money to these guys that I know always give me problems?

Unbelievable. Make sure to actually do the math on your receipts now because their computers can't even do it properly

Holy frig guys. Received an email back saying my purchase was outside the promo dates of Dec 12-18. Lol different promo dude. Waiting to hear back again.

I have two cards with two different email addresses. I stopped getting emails to one address over a year ago. I can't tell you how many times I've written to them about this and they don't listen to my problem. I literally had to tell them to read my message carefully the last time. Sometimes they are really thick. Incidentally, 2 weeks later and I still haven't received a single email on Thursday mornings telling me to log into my account and load my offers.
