PC Optimum - SDM and PC Unite Feb.1 2018!!!!

I have had 3 manual points adjustments on three different products and every time the offer does not disappear. Has anyone tried and reuse one of these with success. I would love to do the pork offer that still remains.

over the year under PCPlus, I've had my points inquiry result in the offer disappearing, or sometimes remaining. Probably depends to what extent the CS rep decides to go. With them being so busy now, likely just awarding the points. So it may work, but then again, there was some reason why it didn't the first time. Might as well try it.

Or ask to speak with the head cashier or store manager. It sounds like the cashier making up their own rules.

Good, but too bad the head manager is the one I butted heads with. I will just go to another store next time. Thanks!

I didn't get any base points for buying a SDM gift card. The store manager even said I should get it but told me to submit a points transactions online. Anyone know if this has changed ?

I can also confirm that FPC to reduce total does count toward the minimum spend. Today was 25K points when you spend $75. I had 1 FPC to bring my total to $60 and some change and I still got the 25K points.

I just checked DHs account and he has 16 new offers including 600 points for Doritos and they are on sale at SDM this weekend. So he has 37 offers and at least 25 are things we actually buy. My card still has meh offers.

Well that's too bad! The first thing I did with my new pc optimum card was buy a $25 gift card to see if it would work and I got base points, so they changed it after the big program change!

Did the spent $75.00 Get 25000 Points . Had some Personal offer for 600 points for Ruffles and 200 PPoi to for every $1.00 spent on Pepsi Beverages and I got to used 1 IAMS FPC.

4 Ruffles Chips
1 IAMS Cat Food
1 4L Bags milk
2 cartoons eggs
1 Finish Dishwasher tabs for Rebate
1 Air Wick starter Kit for Rebate
1 Resolve for Rebate
1 Finish dishwasher cleaner for Rebate

I paid $71.34
Got 31370 in Points
Rebate total $38.00
Can submit my receipt for another $20.00 FPC for the PEPSI Promo
I think I did great. Don’t usually Shop a lot at SDMbut this shop work.

No SDM offers for either my card or dh card...i have been a very loyal sdm and loblaws banner stores shopper, but it appears they aren’t interested in my business. my groceries this week came from Costco and Metroid sent in a 3rd complaint for missing points and no sdm offers. Not hopeful at this point
