I have a question about capella drops, where do you buy them in toronto? I would love to try them for flavoring my coffee since im prob taking in most of my caleries on coffee mate and other sugary things.
Reading this thread has made me want to join WW. The price is the only thing that bothers me, but I think i'll try and figure out a way to put it in my budget.Get GC's and many more Prizes! http://prizezombie.net/welcome.php?r...=improperganda

Thanks! I ended up signing up online, and I'm actually really disappointed with what is available there. My diet is pretty limited due to allergies, so almost none of the recipes apply (and they don't have too many there), I've had to input pretty much every food I wanted as it wasn't on their food list, and I can't access most of the site on my iPad (since most is flash based). It's really unfortunate, but I feel like I spent the money just to find out how many points I should be eating.
But anyways, I'm at least committed since I spent the money, and that's great inspiration!!

I checked, and it was still $9 last night for the calculator. I don't have an iphone (or a cell at all!), so maybe someone who has it can chime in?
My first day, I was told to think of it this way, this is the last time you're going to see that number. It's downhill from here.
There was quite a crowd of NY resolution signups last night at my meeting! New people and returnees. My friend and I were surprised - another friend of ours walked in and joined! That was awesome.
I'm down .6. I'll take it. The past month I tried the flexibility with the new 2012 program that they rolled out. Let me tell ya, didn't work so hot for me. I hovered around the same 5 pounds all months, gained and losing and not budging at all. Enough of that crap, I'm going back to what I was doing before. I'm close to two personal goals and I want to get over this hump!

Congrats on joining!

Are you using online to track your points and weight loss graph too? Also some of the recipes are what others have put in themselves, I think this is mentioned in the message boards. You could start a thread for your allergies and also see who else is in the same boat.
Do you have an iphone as well? I have heard they are working on a BB app, it would make sense if they knew the iPad isn't working too well with this either.

Congrats on your loss! Im not sure what you mean about the new 2012 program and your old one? There was a lot of ppl at the meeting i was at today. I totally hate tracking though!!! I have always hated it, but I am doing it so far! On my pre weight lose week last week I lost 4 pounds!!! WOOhooo! Now its the true test! I hope I lose a nice bit for my first week! On another note I found it very costly. I did the monthly pass but jeez thats not to much cheaper

Welcome Kellyschool! I know the tracking is a PITA, but really it's what makes this thing work. If I'm not tracking or just doing it half a**, I don't lose nearly as well as I do when I'm tracking properly. It makes me stop and think and plan before I put the thing in my mouth.

I too am going back to the 2011 Points Plus, I lost 0.4 this week, considering I was up one week, its only a loss of 3lbs since changing over
Poppleton, apart from veggies and meats, I have entered most things too, it is not limited to special diets - if its not something I eat often, I don't enter them - I just add them as a quick add. Have you checked out the articles and community section? If you are looking for recipes, try SkinnyTaste, she puts the points with each recipe and every recipe I tried has been delicious.
As far as the phone calculator, I downloaded a free one from the droid market, its called WW Points+ Calculator, it doesnt have any inputted foods, but is small, fast and easy to use to check points while in the grocery store

Yes, the weeks where I don't track as I eat or guestimate the weights, I do not lose as much
