    OMG...I was behind on this thread and my emails and now I realize that my samples won't come...wow that sucks! They should have made their website stop accepting orders once they reached their stock limit... great scam on their end to make people buy the machines though..

    I got the white hot chocolate plus the two free coffees. I wanted to get something for my bf who doesn't like coffee. The promo code didn't work because they didn't include it when they set it up but now its fixed.

    The first girl I spoke with their customer service was really stupid.. I told her my problem, she said" I never heard of that, I don't know what to do".. she was ready to leave it at that. I said" yeah, me either, that's why I called customer service... duh". Finally I got someone who helped me.

    So even though I didn't get my free coffee I will hopefully get what I ordered and paid for - 1 box white hot choc + 1 box decaf+ 1 box excelencia + shipping= 18.45

    ok, so you had to call customer service to get the deal with the white hot chocolate? cause i tried to get white hot choc on the web site 2 days ago and it wouldnt work with it.

    I get charged for incoming and outgoing calls. It's clearly outlined in my plan too. 30cents a minute for local calls and 60cents a minute for long distance. Stupid cell phones LOL! But it's much cheaper for me then having a landline. I mostly text and only really have two people that call me regularly. One being work, and the other being my parents because it takes them too long to text LOL!!!

    Thats what I have too but I rarely get incoming long distance so I don't mind.

    I emailed a complaint Timothy's on Friday and got a response today. They now say that they will also be waiving the shipping fee as well.

    Do Zellers and Timothy's have the same marketing team?!? ...Stella comes to mind as well...however, Stella is a bit worse than Zellers...and a way worse than Timothy's.... but still...Timothy's made me feel like I was gonna get a nice Christmas gift from them and now its just a sorry email !?!?!?!


    Are broken promises the new in thing from companies now?!?!?

    Sent a message to Timothy's Coffee today asking when and where my kcups were and whether or not they are actually sending them out to the people who appropriately filled out the order forms and sent them in; and whether or not they, as a company usually make it a practice of not comming through with promotional offers that they themselves put out.

    (hope they email back i feel like im banging my head against a brick wall)

    I have not had a reply so I am going to call the first chance I get.....I am hoping to be home in time tomorrow....they are only open until 5 EST.....I will let you know where I get....BUT....Today I got an email from KEURIG......asking to call about my concerns.....I never email them about this promo.....so I am wondering if Timothy's is just forwarding our emails there....I will try to find out when I call.
