Roasted a whole chicken, served it with (packaged) Swiss Chalet sauce and sauteed brussel sprouts. We had bread rolls on the side. Yum!

Last night - spinach/ricotta cannelloni made with egg roll wrappers, easy-peasy.

Overnight - turkey stock in my slow cooker with free leftover carcass from a friend's turkey dinner on the weekend.

Will be making turkey noodle soup later today with dried homemade noodles from the Farmer's market - so yummy.
