Baked in a roaster - cut up pork lion chops, cauliflower, onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, garlic, 1/4 bottle Greek salad dressing - it was amazing, served with smashed potatoes and pickled beets.

Tonight, chicken something, lol - have to figure out what I will do with it yet!

No I am not a fan of spicy...what I do is I use the food processor to mince a a whole onion, lots of garlic YUM, then I add that too a mixture of ground pork and veal, 2 eggs, lots of vegetta and paprika, salt, pepper.
Once its bbq'd I rough chop onions and crumble feta and we eat it in a fresh bun (lepinja) with the onion sand feta YUMMERS!
    Ok now Im hungry lol

OO, with ground veal - that would be awesome. The one time we made it (I use that term loosely, we were having a bbq and the 'real' Yugos made them!) - we used pork and beef - and yup, the spices you mentioned - but I think my husband's older brother had a heavy hand with the cayenne!

Ok, now you've made me hungry too. I just had half a gingerbread boy, but I want real food, lol!

mish mash of leftovers and what was in the pantry and freezer!

i am having leftover quinoa pilaf with a small handful of rinsed, canned kidney beans. on top of that a curried type dish that is leftover sauce from the butter chicken i made the other day, cooked with frozen veggies and a handful of cashews.

hubby will have the kidney beans curried, plus my leftover butter chicken sauce concoction and roti.

the girl will likely have leftover pizza.

the boy is picky, he'll likely have roti with ketchup. *shaking head*

For husband, leftover baked chicken; for son and me, chicken burgers. Will make a salad and fries maybe to go with.

DFiance made home-made, low-fat (somehow!) chicken and broccoli alfredo on fettuccine. Also a side salad.
