    I low and slow cooked some ribs this AM and now added my special rub. I am supposed to let that sit overnight but I think I will finish them on the bbq tonight with both a spring mix salad and leftover greek pasta salad. I'm too beat after a 4k walk this AM and an afternoon of painting mouldings and prepping cabinets for primer and paint

    I grilled chicken breasts on the indoor grill and served it over a spring salad with cranberries and nuts for dinner. Not feeling the greatest today so it was all I could manage.

    My aunt's in town from the States so we're having a steak (marinated in beer - yum!) BBQ at my parents place. Not sure about the sides but probably potatoes and some sort of veggie. For dessert my Mom made strawberry squares - shortbread bottom, strawberries and a few other things with jello to make them set, and then REAL whipped cream - delicious. Can you tell I am counting down the hours to dinner?

    ...so don't know what to make. With DD in swimming lessons from 6:30 - 7:15, it kinda prevents me from wanting to eat anything before jumping in the pool with her (Parent involved lessons)

    Ground chicken with penne (Catelli smart) & tomato sauce (Ragu) I always use ground beef but I'm excited to try it with the ground chicken Very inexpensive as well!
