    Tonight I am making steak and lobster. I bought 6 great lobster tails at Costco about a month ago. I cooked them up, we at 2 and I froze the rest. I have had 2 rib steaks marinating in a dry rub all day, so going to bbq the steak up in about an hour, I made some roasted garlic today so I will be doing a roasted garlic toast to go with our steak and lobster and a greek salad. MMMMM, can't wait to eat

    Wild mushroom pasta with chiffonade chard, butter and grated asiago cheese!
    Tank loves the cheese.. so bad. I couldn't get her away from it!

    A few things I made this week..

    Fish stew

    (Green pepper $1.48 ouch, Clam juice $2.50 more ouch, finally used up the the bag of frozen seafood - took away a bit of the hurt LOL)

    Spaghetti meat sauce

    (Free bacon, almost free ground beef, free canned tomatoes and the usual suspects with free pasta)

    Potato salad (the 1st of the season)

    Perogies with garlic sausage (and orzo with herbs b/c needed to eat it up). These were Cheemo perogies and I was quite surprised how good they were (almost never buy perogies from the grocery store).

    (Perogies 1.67 a package, sausage 1.99 clearancel - whole meal maybe $1.00)
