I don't know what I am going to have, I might make chicken and friend rice or maybe a small steak and some sort of noodles for the side.

It was alright....
1 1/2 -2 lbs hamburger fried and drained
3 potatos sliced thin ( I did 6)
3 carrots sliced thin ( I did more)
1 onion sliced thin
10 oz frozen peas ( I used 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 celery sliced thin
mix above together in crockpot
mix in bowl then add to crockpot and mix in.
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp beef base
1/2 c water
(I also doubled the 'sauce; b/c I used more veggies but it was quite 'soupy')
cook high 4 -5 hours
or low was 10 - 12 I beleive
but 4 - 5 the veggies were mushy
I may try i again but use mushroom soup and cook less.....
hope that helps!
