    soya sauce (only a little)

I cook all that up in a frying pan.... don't have exact measurement because it depends on how much you are making and individual tastes. When it's finished wrap it up in a spring roll wrap and deep-fry till golden (I don't deep fry it either I just put it in a frying pan with a tad bit of oil and heat it up until its crispy)

The apple ones are just basically apple pie filling inside a spring roll, you could use any recipe or store bought. If anyone needs more specifics I will measure next time I make them
    These sound good.
Also, I use coleslaw bagged salad instead of doing all that shredding/carrot chopping. I use the mix for wonton/dumplings. I'm going to try spring rolls next time

I should really quit reading this, it is a slow day at work (the roads are really bad and muddy), I am hungry and won't get off work until 8pm.

haha that is definitely easier but I would just eat it as coleslaw before I got a chance to make anything else with it
    thanks
