    Tonight is chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese that is mixec with fresh minced garlic garlic, thyme, S&P and some other spices with a fig/port sace to drizzle over and bacon wrapped asparagus

    I also have a pot of potatoe leek soup cooking and also have the crockpot cooking broc/cheese soup.

    * I will not be adding any dairy based products to the soups yet since I will be vac sealing and freezing them for later use

    We did Mandarin lunch buffet ( just the 2 of us) so no one got dinner here. We were too full, still are. Well they won't starve now, there are leftovers.
