Morning!

DS has been to school and back already. He returns at noon. I have made coffee already and washed the dishes in the sink.
Now to make some breakfast. Thinking egg mcmuffins
Have dry laundry to put away. Should put a load of towels in the washer to keep on top of it.

Lots of leftovers in the fridge so thinking tonight is a fend for yourself night.

Did i say i hate sanding yes ,the ceiling the square spot we had to cover the plumping repair.Trying to get it perfect is no easy task .

The snow storm started Tuesday night…it has lifted periodically but more snow is still arriving today. Busses were cancelled for my school yesterday and today. Many highways are still travel not recommended or closed today. School buses ran for my own children yesterday but all their busses are cancelled today. Dh’s work got cancelled for today, but their contract still guarantees Dh 1/2 a day’s pay. It makes it easy for Dh to care for our children today.

At NF I price matched 4 of DS carton style sleeves of Allen's juice for .88 cents each from FB. What a sale! I'll drive directly to FB tomorrow to get many more, just had no more oomph left after filling the gas tank ( argh!! price was $1.69 a L at Shell ), hitting Metro to redeem 95 get 25 AM, then the top up shop at NF.

Mind you I was thrilled to grab an 8 pound box of naval oranges at the Member's price of just $3.50!! That even beats FB sale price of .88 per pound for theirs!

There was a low point though...I never expected them to have raised the price of those fabulous round loaves of sliced Sour Dough bread.
My heart skipped a beat ( lol ) when I saw the receipt! $4.29! GULP! It's a damn loaf of bread not a steak!?
Since I can make so many yummy breads here I should have got it refunded but, again just so beat from the outing I just went home.

Worst part is I am not even eating those kinds of delicious carbs atm, ( diet hell ) so DS and DH win again!

@Ciel21 I found most locations have terrible wifi service. The library seems to be the only place that it is fairly reliable.

Walmart Supercentre has great wifi when one side of the store is closed and parking lot has minimal activity! Found that out during 2020.
Starbucks wifi from a distance outside-keeps dropping.

My local RCSS has even stooped so low as to eliminate / limit WiFi so that I can't even make a phone call from it.

Community paper bundle came last night and had Sobeys flyer plus a Home Depot one too! Giant Tiger flyer was just the 2pg grocery one without any fashion/home pages. Sigh.

Will post two gift card deals I noticed. Must check the digital flyers soon.

As I got an e-mail that Bed Bath and Beyond items are 60-80% off, I better visit today to see what on the local shelves. If anyone needs baby items, see if the Oakville Place Buy Buy Baby still has any apparel or accessories you want to own or gift!

Brought my friend out a coffee for a quick visit for lunch today. So starving now so making an early dinner.
Dug in the freezer and pulled 2 packages of stuffed pasta (spinach ravioli) and a bag of shrimp. Put a pot of alfredo sauce and basil on to simmer.
Will add pasta from the Cheetos pasta box. Bought garlic bread that we can make in the air fryer

Forgot to mention that if anyone likes those tiny bottles of drinkable yogurt NF had coupons right in the Dairy section next to the 750 gram tubs of Oikos that I PM for just $5.99 from FB.
Purchase of 1 tub gets you 1 free bottle of that yogurt. Personally I wanted to gag but someone here may enjoy it. The regular price for 1 tiny bottle was $2.29!! wowza! Glad it was free.

Good day my friends! If it were not for you poor souls with the dumping of snow I would say today is winter again here, but obviously it's more than just cold temps.
Had heart check up today and thankfully managed so well with the treadmill that annual check up becomes bi annual!
Haven't really looked at the flyers today other than NF. Yet again my PC Optimum deals are dismal. Hopefully other stores will have some good offerings.If not,still have stuff on hand that can always be used.
