Saturday evening we all had a late dinner here as I snagged awesome pork tenderloin chops ( no bone at all in these) from Metro with $2.00 off stickers on each pkg!! Got 9 chops, OOP $7.35,
Bread crumb coating and baked them, and served with a very large salad, a few boiled potatoes and to use up the cooked rice in the fridge I fried it in sesame oil, soya sauce, added very dark browned sauteed mushrooms, 2 full bags spinach leaves, garlic, and threw in 2 packets of salad dressings
( just for fun!) One was Greek, the other a lemon garlic Caesar. Let it all go just till the spinach disappeared! It sure loses volume eh?
Surprisingly good.
Not sure what tonight's meal will be yet

Homemade veggie lasagna with a side of salad.
We had pizza last night, with steamed broccoli on the side. 3 good size broccoli crowns for 99 cents on reduced rack at sobeys.

I pulled out my last three home-made pizza pops from the freezer. Each of them are the size of a dinner plate. Sure it taking a long time to thaw in the oven.
