My oldest son is coming for dinner. We are having spaghetti (one of his faves), spinach salad (one of my faves) & garlic bread.

We`re gonna have black bean burritos and probably whole grain nacho chips with cheese sauce...or maybe mexican rice. Haven`t really decided...but there`s definitely a mexican theme goin on here.

Baked cannelloni stuffed with spinach and ricotta, topped with homemade sauce and mozzarella, as well as a salad. For salad dressing, I just use oil, vinegar and Cavender's greek seasoning which I highly recommend if you like greek seasonings .... imo it's the best.

^^ oh Loocie that spaghetti measure cracked me up! Yes, cook enough to feed a horse! I have just the one DS with the " hollow legs" , eats pasta like no one's business!

So I made chicken adobo and brown rice again last night! This time DS and DH both wanted to take that in for their work dinner. I sauteed a whole bag of baby bok choi to go with.

I remember this dj on the radio one day in Toronto, he had a pair of tickets for some concert. he said he was sitting in their cruiser outside a certain mcdonalds, and the first person to come down there and eat 7 big macs in front of him wins the tickets.

Oy, cabmonk! My husband could beat anyone at any eating contest, but he would never, ever do that type of thing. He's a lean man, with a bizarrely high metabolism!

I'm eating toast with cheesewiz on it. I figured out a couple weeks ago that this is something that almost always stays down in the morning (important at this point in my pregnancy).
