I am not running here and there with my problem knees.

Just nice to get out walmart is only a 10 minute drive for me.
Thanks for alert that 1.97 sugar may be sold out. I intend to check tomorrow as my hands were full after three store stops for baby shorts, the seat cushion (not the sale one with handle but fullprice one that I got on sale in May), two cans of pop and three frozen items from Longos. Might be hunt for a skid in store if regular shelf area is empty. Seat cushion was not on sale but same model I had before and got 5x Triangle money.

Worth the wait to get Longos salted caramel ice cream bars. Should have bought them a couple of days ago.

The ACX cargo pants with mesh inserts have been worth the money. Just don't try to weigh down pockets with heavy items. Noticed my pants slipping after Shoppers and Fortinos shops And I did not bring bag. Kept having to hike up pants every few minutes, almost slipping off hips twice.Don't know how tweens and twentysomethings can walk in slipping pants.

4 years? It seems more recent .Your Mom would probably like the Mediterranean heat lingering inGreece and beyond.
My brother's friend's late father in law always had the heat up in Toronto in cold months, making it hard for friend to get through Sunday dinners or visits with his wife's family.

A neighbour gave us literal scare with barrage of fireworks for one minute to cap off party. They sounded like they were going for our house as windows are open. @#$%^!

    Good Morning Everyone,
Well yesterday did not go as expected.

I found some ambition and started to tidy up the kitchen well I was making lunch. After we were done eating I was telling Mom some of the things I was going to go do as she wanted to go in the kitchen and do a few things. I wasn't going to do anything too earth shattering just take out some garbage, put away some stuff I forgot I left in the grocery bag on the kitchen floor and there were a few other small things.

As I stood there talking to Mom all of a sudden I felt super sick and continued to feel that way for the next few hours. By Dinner I was feeling better (not good but better), I ate dinner and worked on some charts for work and went to bed.

I expected to wake up this morning feeling good to go, I figured the issue was the last couple of days I had not eaten properly, I missed Lunch on Friday and skipped Breakfast yesterday and we didn't have lunch until almost 1:30. This can happen to me since I got my Gallbladder out but usually within a couple hours I am fine or the latest the next day, nope not this time.

I am slowly trying to get some small things done around the house, no this not proving to myself I can push through feeling sick this, this is to take my mind off the fact I feel like something is wrong with my body. I can get super hyper fixated when something is off and let's be honest, my mind spins (not going to lie I had one symptom last night which made me think do I need to seek medical attention ASAP, but I calmed myself down). I will admit as teen almost on a weekly basis in some way or another I convinced myself I had poisoned myself and I saw myself going down this path. So to ensure I do not google how I am feeling because we all know within 3 clicks google will tell you, you are dying or have cancer, and to try to shift my focus I am trying to do small things around the house.

So far I have cleaned the bathroom expect the floor, do not feel like lugging the vacuum up the stairs right now. I have emptied the dishwasher (should have run this before dinner as none of the dinner dishes fit in), dug some bagels out of the chest freezer and somehow freed up quite a bit of space so guess I also reorganized the freezer and grabbed some stuff from the basement.

Only downfall is today was supposed to be prep day but with how I am feeling nothing is appealing so I do not know what to make. What I had originally planned now does not appeal to me at all. So we shall see how that goes.

    Happy Sunday Everyone.

    Good morning everyone.

Sorry you’re not feeling well @SassyAshley . My FIL had his out years ago before his triple bypass but he didn’t change his diet one bit. Apparently smaller meals are good but he wouldn’t even do that . I totally get the avoidance of Dr. Google! Think about it. If you google nosebleeds you could just have a dry nose or brain tumours! Best to not even look. Just call the real Dr. if it persists . Feel better soon.

Had my early morning strength training session done. Upper body but carefully and later legs as I didn’t do them yesterday .

Off to shower and have breakfast

This weekend's Costco shop was small and spent about $25.
Got a rotisserie chicken discounted, since they made it yesterday. The discounted chicken goes fast, first thing in the morning.
Bag of oranges. On sale. 3 pack English cucumbers. On sale.
Spinach. Regular price, but we use this up quickly.

We bought a skillet a while ago, that was on clearance today. So got a price adjustment/refund for the difference. With the skillet price adjustment, the groceries were about 25% cheaper.

Even though I was not feeling my best today felt good to get some things back on track.

Bathroom is cleaned except the floor, never talked myself into taking the vacuum upstairs.

Dishwasher was emptied and reloaded and some hand dishes done.

I did not do any meal prep, it is hard to make things when nothing sounds good so instead we just did produce prep. I covered our little counter (the top of our dishwasher) with towels washed everything and laid it out to dry and then we cut it up and put it in my prep containers. Still more to get done but happy with what I got done.

Fixed Mom's AC, one of the screw kept falling out and now the hole is stripped and the screw won't stay in, found some options on the internet and it seems to be working we will find out if it holds up all night as she will need it tonight.

Dinner was Skillet Chicken and Mushrooms with Orzo, love me a good one pot meal.

Need to find a new crochet project, maybe morte ice cream cones, we shall see.

One of my standard hacks for loose screws is to wrap a bit of plumbers tape around them, before screwing them back into the hole. It usually works, as the tape gives a nice snug fit. If you don't have plumbers tape, you can try other tape. Even a single film of saran wrap might work.
