Dinner done and ready in the fridge. (chopped lettuce/onion/veggies/cheese etc) Tacos! (skipped my other plan of Chicken thighs)
I bought 3 packages of the Lean grass fed beef on at GT today and decided we had everything for tacos so that became the new dinner plan.

Needed to go to mailbox because I was expecting stuff but couldn't find my keys....So emptied the console in my car into a bag so I could clean everything up anyway....no keys. Then thought maybe I put in the glovebox. Yes I did!
But found lots of treasures....a Starbucks GC I bought in July- already loaded to the app. Tons of change, a Lotto Max ticket from May 2025.
    Cleaning is good!

    Good Evening Everyone,
I was in the plant today for some meetings.

But I got up early and before work I emptied the dishwasher and reloaded it. Gathered up stuff for Mom to make herself English Muffins for breakfast, dug out her sausage patties put them in the fridge and left everything on the counter so no bending or reach needed.

Then I tried to start the car, she was a little hesitant but she started so I drive her to work and back. Only thing was our plow truck pulled out behind and followed me into the parking lot and I think whoever was in the truck things I am a little insane and maybe I am.

After work I ran to Costco and got I think everything on my list except for Onion powder, they did not have any but I believe I got everything else I needed. It was a large shop but it feels good to be stocked up again.

Came home and put away the fridge and freezer stuff and back out I went to drive the car some more, drove her for a little over an hour just gotta kept her going for another day and then off to the mechanic she goes.

Came home and made dinner, we had the chicken burgers and wedges I was planning to make last night.

Checked the upcoming flyers and wrote a list, I see a few things I want t grab but looks like it will be a smaller shopping week, which after going to Costco, I am not complaining about.

I have a few emails to catch up on then it is time for bed.

    Happy Wednesday Everyone.

Did anyone else notice a number of PC items could not be saved. Almost all the produce ones were listed as cannot save. As a result I had only 2 items to save.
Had a spendy trip to Costco today as our carbon monoxide tester in the master bedroom went wonky at 5 am. I was not concerned about dying because the others were fine and upon inspection I could see this had just passed it’s 10 year mark and that’s the life expectancy.
I also found the large bottles of HP sauce and it’s been years since Costco had them, I just bought one at Sobey’s for12.49 at Christmas and they are 7.99 at Costco so I picked up 2, this seems like a lot but my very British DH uses this like a Canadian uses ketchup.
We also broke down and replaced our printer. We bought the HP on sale because sadly these things never last and it supposedly has 3 yrs worth of ink.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

I had a few PC offers I could not save but oddly all the ones I could not save came back this week as new offers.

But let me just say my new offers outside of what I saved from last week, I only got 4 new offers this week and 2 are doubles. I got 2 for mushrooms and 2 for tomatoes which I am sure will double because I have had this before but just seems weird. But I do not need either of these items this week.

Good Day! It is snowing lightly right now but hopefully it stops soon as the app shows it clear this afternoon.

Dinner tonight- Leftovers - So no cooking! I really need to keep an eye on this because if I cook a new meal then leftovers get wasted (well tacos never get wasted!)

Busy work day but going to try and take a few breaks so I don't get stressed out!

    Enjoy the day!

Keep an eye on the Clinique website, 25% off and free gift with purchase happens often. Also ask when the gift is on at Shoppers. They don’t advertise it, but I’ve gotten 20% off plus a free 5 piece gift recently plus Optimum points.

I use Rakuten when Clinique has a promo online and get cash back too!

Are you on cholesterol medication? If it’s causing muscle aches your doctor can prescribe something else. That’s what happened to me.

Mixed bag, today. Showed up at my Shell station and the girl had all the items already gathered and waiting for me. How sweet of her.

Got 7x Turtles 3-packs, 5x 1-litre choc milk cartons, 3x 500mlL choc milk boxes, 2x sandwiches, and a couple of bags of potato chips.

Also found 10x cans of soup and beans, abandoned by a bum, in a snowbank. They had soggy labels and were a bit banged-up, but I'm sure that none were breached. So, good eating.
