Morning was ticked off about scene it has been day 6 and they didnt give me my 400 pts .So i called them the girl said if its a bit blurry we are not allowed to accept it i asked for a supervisor (none are on ).I told her it wasnt my fault the store has half the bill faint as they need to replace their roll .Meanwell i can read pork loin back ribs.

Anyway a supervisor will email me later today or friday .I told her i was tired of missing points every week and their program is the hardest to get points you are owed.Anywho just a little ticked .....

I went to shoppers for seniors day got coffee i hate paying 18.99 i guess we all are but i am getting back 1,900 pts so that helps offset the cost.Milk and my sourdough bread .

Laundry put away. Top of my dresser cleaned. Breakfast made (eating now) and kitchen is clean!

Realizing we have asparagus and mushrooms in the fridge so that will be used for dinner.

Not feeling like going out at all today....but it is showing no rain till 5pm so I should probably go for a walk now at the lake. Think I will force myself to take a lunch break and go! The sun is trying to come out so that is promising. Tomorrow/Sat and Sun look nice weather wise!

Well ,well scene awarded my 400 points ,a supervisor emailed me as i didnt wish to speak to someone .Sometime we just have to stand our ground ,i mean if i could read it i am sure the supervisor did .Any way i was thanked for my patience and loyalty ,so that was a win in my books.

It's so enjoyable reading all your posts each day, snatching advice, tips and I usually find a few laughs in them.
I'm very impressed by you @Frugalbigmama for your continued weight loss success. Lord knows I've had way too
many journeys along that path so I know what it takes.

@coupon girl I can't believe the runaround Scene CS gives when they have to give you the points you earned and
deserve! Just read that the supervisor emailed you back and deposited the points. Yes! Stand your ground girl!

So my " once a week " prison break from the house to shop with DH has taken it's toll BUT.... I'm o.k.
Ranting about various deals I miss is really just keeping us more frugal. The problem is I HAVE to be SO darn organized

with my list and to which stores I want him to drive to. ( I don't dare ask him to do more than 3 ).
Eventually my deaf ear will get a transmitter ( CROS system? ) and once I have more balanced hearing I'll feel confident
enough to drive again! All of that is a long way off, apparently the fitting and then paperwork to get partial reimbursement
takes up to FOUR weeks to process!

Sorry, I'm ranting again....Enjoy the sunshine if you have it!

TGIF! Blue sky and sunshine. Not high temps but I will take it!

I have a massage appt. on my lunch break today. My RMT has been messaging me for weeks trying to line up an appt. and it finally worked!

Youngest DS returns home today....hopefully he arrives early afternoon like last week. The week before they worked most of the day then had the 6 hour drive home!

Thinking dinner tonight will be burgers. (burger bowl for me!-) I really wanted that last night but I ate the chicken I had taken out of the freezer knowing the guys would enjoy burgers tonight.

    Have a wonderful weekend!

    Good Morning Everyone,
We are surviving not thriving over here but that is life sometimes.

Had a chat with a co-worker yesterday and we were just chatting about there being too many project on the go right now and we need to prioritize. But none the less I have spent the week in production preparing for Go-Live but after pulling in all of the key players yesterday it was decided we are delaying until the 6th. Sad we had to push it but it was the right thing to do.

I should have grocery shopped my way home yesterday but it didn't happen. But, I did force myself to drive Mom's car so the battery doesn't die. Something is going on the engine is so loud right now and I keep asking Mom to arrange to take it but arrange that they need to tell us what is wrong and if it will take over a day we will make other arrangements because I need the car to get home (shop is about 40 minutes from home, I can go to work but won't be able to get home). But she keeps insisting she will go with me and drop the car off but she is in so much pain lately, I don't want to sound rude but I have no idea how we will get her in and out of the house 2 twice (once to drop it off and one to pick it up). I think we are both annoying each other on this topic.

I need to figure out a dessert for Father Day's and see if I need to run to the store on my lunch. I kind of back burned Father's Day because if we were going live Monday I probably would not have been able to attend. But now that it is pushed out, all good.

My house is a disaster, my work load is over flowing and I want to sleep for a month, but we are making it happen (well, except the sleeping for a month).

    Happy Friday Everyone.

TGIF!!! Yeppers even I can feel the excitement in the weekend being so close. My guys get extra motivated when Friday rolls around.
DH claims he's going to get to 2 serious home repairs ( projects ), but I think that back of his may have other ideas. The mind is willing,
but the body is weak We'll see.
Father's Day is not really a thing here now. He doesn't want any fuss made over him so I'll respect that. If the " kids " decide to message him
and add a GC that may be all that he gets....lol. He only enjoyed Father's Day when they were young tots.
