thank's Skippy, of course I will make sure I do everything right. They say that Post-Partum depression are gone after a year, so it's ok to stop slowly my med. I also have my doc email, so if something goes wrong, I won't be alone!

Actually I am on Effexor have you ever heard of it? Some people take it for anxiety. It worked very for me after 3-4 weeks. I stopped having panic attack and cryed for nothing. It also help me sleep better. It is supposed to raise your serotonine level. I just hope to feel as good by stopping it slowly. Take care everyone!

Got my meds all switched up today to deal with my depression. My dosage of Celexa was raised to the maximum 60mg. I was also prescribed 1.5 mg of adavan per day to help with my cronic night terrors. Fingers crossed that it works.
Remember that even though pets are here for such a short time they teach us things we would never be able to learn in many lifetimes on our own.

Hey Gryphon, I too still have those days also. The trick is to try to push myself to do something, anything whether it's just making dinner that day! I find I'm my own worse enemy with my doubts and thoughts. Perhaps try to go to the local library while school is out on strike. I'm here for you if you need to chat/vent whatever!

I agree with Jenna that you must focus on at least one thing during the day. Try not to just sleep or sit around. Go for long walks, if your gym subscription has expired. Any kind of exercise is good for the brain. Good Luck and hopefully the Strike won't last too long.

Sorry for the difficult times you are going through.
Walkng is very therapeutic for me.
Just the fresh air and sunshine(while it last) helps.
It takes my mind off things and I take time to appreciate whatever part of God's creation is around me.
Remember you are never alone, despite what your mind may tell you.
Keep talking here too,as there are many others that struggle, and will offer help.
Hope your day improves.Always remember the What are you thankful for today? thread as there always is something to be thankful for.
