    Last night was breakfast for supper with pancakes, sweet potatoes, bacon for DH, and some apple rings. Tonight will be something involving collard greens, perhaps some garlic bread, and maybe some eggs. I've also got some mushrooms and broccoli, so broccoli-cheese stuffed mushrooms could be subbed in for the eggs
