I don't want to cook tonight. Been making nice meals all week. I'm feeling like chinese tonight, have to see if my taste buds change before then....."Honey, I forgot to take something out of the freezer today, how about we go out for dinner"
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

I've been a bit behind on posting!
Mum made this: Secret marinated pork, seasoned rice and a tomato/shrimp/egg dish that's great with the rice!
I made Corn Flake crusted chicken the other night and served it with Arctic Garden's wild rice mix (which was pretty gross, lol).
I did, however use my new marinade injector!

Ah, I'm thinking that's a great idea.... we order in, though, and have enough to eat for two suppers... will seriously consider this, lol! Hm... though I like to do it in the middle of the week, usually.
Otherwise, it's going to be highliner baked cod and potato salad.
