People are using this method so the gold sealed scratch area is intact, and you can still redeem the card.
I used a light tape application (ie only pull up a very light layer of the gold seal) on the lower right area of scratch card and used a LED flashlight behind.
842- $5 Card
922 & 612 - Sample
All 5 of my current cards = #922 = sample
Trying to decide if I will ride at the crack of dawn by bike for half an hour to a distant part of the city to do a recycling walk to get more scratchcards.
I sure could use the exercise.
Last time that CT had this scratch promotion, I got 13 cards by a recycling walk and they were all for the $5 M&M cards.
If I am doing the math correctly, there seems to be 3x as many Armorall cards as $5 cards.
Decisions.... decisions.Last edited by greencanuck; Thu, Jun 14th, 2012 at 09:54 PM.

Does anyone have a scan of the barcode for 612 please?
Add me on twitter and I'll add you back! Just mention you are from SC!

Out of all my cards none of them were the 612 barcode. They were all either the 922 (sample) or 842 ($5)
Remember that if you ask nicely at CS when shopping they may be willing to give you a scratch card. Very high chance it will be for the silly sample but worth it in teh odd chance its a $5 card.Insert Clever Signature Here

I have 9 cards and 8 of them are 612 and one is 662. Maybe its a 500 point card? I will try this one later and see. Won't bother with armorall.

I was down at the trailer park we used to camp at last night and they had the shopping flyer that gets delivered. My son Chris grabbed one when he was in the washroom and discovered the coupon in there. So when he went back before we left, he managed to grab 2 more (no one ever takes those things in our experience anyways). One is a $5 off and the other two were Armor All. The one in our paper was Armor All too. So one of the cards he grabbed was the $5 off one!
All were revealed with just maybe 2 inches of tape. He used the flashlight to find the bar code so he knew where to position the tape. Both of us might head out today and use the two of them. He wants a fan and they are on sale and we still have part of a gift card left, so it will be one cheap fan for him!Missing my Best Friend since 1971. RIP Lynda (1947-2012)
