i like the occasional glass of juice..sometimes,usually during a breakfast i make for the family on days off.other than that i drink water all day..not a pop person.i'll have the occasional iced tea when out.i dont buy cases of pop..hubby on the other hand....i do like cheese quite a bit but not the processed.the texture and taste is not the same as when i was a kid.ill eat maybe 5 slices of brick cheese with crackers occasionally.it makes a good snack sometimes,in moderation.i would like to know what to do with avocado,i only find myself making guac...no idea what else to do with it

OP, great list.
Adding one more, about some organic fruits and veggies.
If the fruit has a thick skin (e.g. bananans or oranges), don't need to be bought organic.
If the veggie has few natural pests (e.g. broccoli), don't need to be bought organic.
