    Abby, another piece of advice... don't let yourself sink into misery. I let myself get into a very dark place when I should have been leaning on friends and family and being there for my children. Don't be afraid to talk to someone, which it sounds like you're already doing. We are always here to listen as well- I know I've done my fair share of ranting to my lovely SC friends!
