Post descriptions and/or pics of foods that you enjoy that may be out of the norm or simply odd or simply enjoyed at weird times of the day
For example, i just finished making myself mashed potatoes for lunch. that's it, just mashed potatoes.
Another example.. I can eat feta on absolutely everything. I like it on waffles, eggs, toast, on fruit like blueberries and strawberries, i even entertained the idea of trying it on ice cream once, it wasnt great but not half bad either.

I had Angle Cake for breakfast because I left in my car Monday AM when I dropped my car off at airport and it just looked so good this AM when I got back in. I made the cake myself, which is why it was so good!

Studenetz - commonly called 'head cheese' - which is jelled pork - traditionally made with the head, but I've never had it that way - just made with pork hocks. My mom used to use feet, too.
My niece started calling it 'pork jello' so that name kinda stuck in our family!
It's actually very good! Little pieces of pork with lots of garlic and other seasonings gets gelled in the natural liquid which comes from boiling the pork hocks.
This pic shows the mixed reaction, lol.....
