i was running with my DH this morning and i saw a skunk near me, and i took off leaving DH behind...i was trying to tell him there was a skunk, but he had his i pod on. lucky it didnt spray!!

about the chicken well here sometimes you can get chicken leg quarters in a ten lb bag for 4.99. I dont like those though so I buy the chicken breast. Which I always look for a sale on. Love when I can get it for .89c or under a 1.99 lb. NS does canadian walmarts price match? Ours do. You can save alot that way.

Here's my list of why I'm thankful (a day late and a dollar short):

My parents (who drive me crazy, but with all I've put them through with my health issues, they're nothing short of saints)

My cat (who kept me up most of the night, hacking and coughing and seeking comfort dealing with a nasty hairball that never manifested itself)

My dog (who heard the neighbours get up early and decided to wake me and insist on going to see them - it's a good thing she hasn't figured out how to unlock the door or they would have seen me in my pjs)

My friends (who stuck with me when I went on dialysis and later through the transplant, unlike other patients who were left alone)

My online friends (some of who have become real-life friends)

The folks here at SC (who are as crazy, er quirky, as I am, well, maybe not)

Hope everyone had at least a bit of fun this past weekend!
