I was hoping for a new diamond for our 5 year anniversary but DH keeps hinting about a new wooden filing cabinet for my office. *sigh* Why isnt 5 years the diamond anniversary? lmao. Or even the hot tub anniversary would be okay too.

Well, that was a generic 'good' - not so here for me... I'm so so so sick - sure, a cold came two days ago, but it's a doozie and - yay - a tummy bug decided to join in last night, and it's still on the rampage. ICK! Gah! Blech! (whine!)

thanks, holly - I've been trying to keep as busy as I can whilst sitting in one place - entering contests, etc. Guts seem to have settled down, but I'm hungry and kinda scared to eat anything.

It's snowing again! Nice blanket out there.

Hasn't snowed too much here yet which is weird considering it's Nov 10th. Been a bit chilly but not bad -5 right now and even supposed to be +10 sun and mon.

Good morning - hope it's for you, not so much for me. I've been up since two, and really didn't sleep more than a half hour at a time before that. This cold has really dragged me down - the cough is just horrid and wracking, gets me every time I change position or move around much or talk!
Usually don't take meds for a cold, but I'm doing cough syrup, vicks, and coughdrops - ick. And, gosh, everything is so fargin' expensive, oy!

I'm tired and sleepy and hurt - my sinuses hurt, and my chest and side from coughing. Blech!

I'm just going to have to try sleep a bit more - I feel rather zombie-ish.

Hope everyone is having a better day than I am!
