Tonight we are having baked chicken breasts, mashed pototoes and brocolli trees with cheese sauce..lol
I stocked up on Club House gravys a couple days ago (.88 at WM) and used the coupons to get the flavorful receipe mixes free. I can`t wait to try them out and will use them as a coating on the chicken. Hope it tastes ok!

I have a list of meal ideas in my phone that I put to use last night. I made Finn & hatti with biscuits. I typically use one an of tuna and one can off salmon, but we were out of salmon. Using strictly tuna obviously makes for a milder taste, but it was still quite good.

Last night I made dry ribs seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper, paprika and cummin. I served them with homemade fries (cooked in the oven as well) and a nice garden salad with lots of peppers, cucumber and heirloom tomatoes. It was such a colourful salad, and of coarse I had to add some feta cheese.
We all need a little sunshine every now and then
