It's not as pretty as an artificial or even a groomed tree but we picked it out and cut it down ourselves. Plus it smells great!!!

Ok it is gross but they treat it like strep. I am wondering if I have mono. I am getting weaker and weaker everyday. Today I almost passed out 6x!!

Phht. Feeling sorry for me self right now....hubby's out playing bridge with the guys, and I'm in pain either with fibromyalgia pain in my jaw, or a toothache...hoping it's the former. But the Tylenol helps...and the Caesars I'm sipping....I hope it's not a toothache.... That don't go away with sleeping and talking, right? Right?!

Abby, you have something beyond strep, that's for sure. You need to get checked out further, maybe by a different doc than you've been seeing.

If you had mono, the sore throat wouldn't have shown up as strep when you were tested. Antibiotics should be getting at the strep, especially something like keflex, which is pretty powerful. Mono is a virus, so antibiotics do nothing for it.

Aw, sorry you're in pain. I'm dealing with a toothache too, it sucks. I was booked to get two teeth done a month ago, but had to cancel since I got so sick! I have to book in another appointment.

Ahem, Tylenol and booze.... tsk tsk... your poor liver! One or the other, sweetie!

Thanks Nat...I have seen 2 different drs. I was thinking I should go to one?? I have been going to a really good walk in--er drs work there. My family dr. Said there is a 2 week wait for an app't!! On Monday the last dr told me to come back in 4 days if I don't feel better. So I guess that will be tomorrow
Sucks cause I have 3 Christmas parties to go to Friday
The Dr. On Monday also said he will send me to the hospital for iv drugs for a few hrs We know what that means...8 hrs later... I never get normal "sick"!!
