haha, I feel your pain. Back when my husband and I were still dating he elbowed me in the back, during the night. I woke up crying, in terrible pain. He looked at me, said what's wrong and rolled over.
That weekend we bought a King size bed. It saved our relationship and my body from further attack. lol

This is the way to go. Exactly what I was going to say.
I used to get the elbow or knee to the spine or knee up the bum. No exactly plesant when its with force. Especially if you have lower back pain already because of extra weight in the front.
When we moved to our new apartment we got a king. Everyone advised against it because it would distance us from each other but we just smiled and told them thats exactly what we want! Now I only occasionally get hit maybe a few times a year
All 5 of us can fit in the bed now too! (3 kitties)
BTW - I also used to have burrito DH, that stopped too when we got king size with king size blankets

My sister punched me in the face in her sleep one night when we were sharing a Queen bed at a hotel...I woke her up and was like WTF?

Sorry OP, guess I'm lucky. My dh stays on his side of the bed...unless I invite him over
and he only snores if he's really really tired!

LOL...i can totally relate to this. My DH does this as well. He elbows me and even rolls on top of me...and of course he loves to steal blankets. I also once dated a guy who would wake up in the middle of the night and start having sex with me and then in the morning wouldn't remember. It was very strange..and then a few years later, i believe the magazine was cosmopolitan, there was an article about the exact same thing. They actually called it something but i can't remember. I just remember thinking that i wasn't crazy and that other men out there were doing it too, lol.
Hopefully you don't get to beat up or freeze to death!!!!!

Can't do anything about the punching except restraints, but breathe right strips and majoram (herbal snoring remedie) might do the trick for snoring. Also we use a king size blanket on our queen bed for extra covers....
there are apparently great mattresses to avoid noticing your partner moves. Or just a king sized bed with a wall down the middle lol. 2 twins a foot a part maybe-you could slide them together if the time was right

Im a blanket stealer, and a talker as well. When I was a child I stole my sisters blanket from her and proceeded to have a full conversation and go back to my bed ( all done while I was asleep). My ex, boyfriend had restless leg syndrome, so I was constantly woken up at night from him. One day I decided to scare the crap outta him, as payback for never getting any sleep, and he ended up jumping, and his elbow crashed into my face, and I had a black eye for a bit! I totally feel your pain.
