Day 20 is another hippo!!! I got the cutest hippo bookmark from Melissa, thank you! I'm still quite sick with this cold and this made my day. Trent got a cool bead craft (he loves those things! this will give him something to do after school since he's feeling better and I'm not quite there yet ) and he also got a new water bottle, he loves them both. Thank you Jezebel!

Day 18 was a purple-ish sparkly nail polish (awesome colour just not sure what to call it!)


Day 19 was for the fur girls 4 cans of Fancy Feast salmon pâté! This is one of their favourites - they had a can today for mini meals!




yay! I am also doing the 52 crafts challenge! I am starting in February though, also I am finding that I have done a lot of crafts lol my goal is to use the supplies I have (I may be a craft supply hoarder) and complete projects! I have about 3/4 of my ideas ready! Are you doing monthly "themes" or just random crafts?

I am also toying with creating a blog and blogging about the challenge - but I'm a total noob when it comes to that kind of thing!

so it appears hubby has 'lost' all of my presents he bought.. he can't remember where he put them.

this ALWAYS happens to me on hubby's laptop, but not to him, and he bugs me about it, glad to hear I am not the only one!

DD woke up with a low grade fever and a cough this morning, which I am sure that she caught from the kidlets I watch..... There was more drama on that front yesterday..... It's a long story, short version, I was blackmailed into watching the kidlets for 5 hours yesterday (basically if their dad doesn't go to work, neither can my hubby because they are partners, and we need the money at the moment because hubby gets 2 weeks unpaid vacation for Christmas, and I just folked over $600 in the past month for the dentist) So I agreed to watch them yesterday since I was told that they were feeling better - ya that was a lie, they both throw up within half an hour of me getting there. Luckily my Dad was able to come and take Hannah from 9:30 on.

sorry for the rant, but I am sooo over this week.

Day 20 is for DD and she will open it Christmas morning!

This morning we got a play doh set and some yummy chocolates for me.



My new boss gave me a lovely gift too! I was surprised to get something, none of my bosses have done that before. I think I'm going to like this new team

and the forecast is calling for 30 cm of snow!!!!! I am off tomorrow and had planned to hit up walmart right at 7:30 after I drop my son off at daycare, get everything for the week/weekend and be done until after the holidays. Now I'm not sure if I'll even be able to take him to daycare. I hate winter! Messing up my plans... honestly.

and here is my cute kitty sleeping peaceful on my lap after a crazy play session which involved great leaps and quick movements, which the dog interpreteted as an invitation to play. I wish kitty had slept like that all night but alas he woke up at 3:30 and would not go back to sleep so I had to let him out, which lead to not much sleep for me, and an early wake up for the boy, and is it nap time yet?


and my two cats checking each other out, deciding if life is good or not (excuse the mess)

when SHE HAS 1/2 BOWL OF KIBBLES....*sigh* why can't she stir them herself ....

I am so over getting up at 5ish am to stir her kibbles for her..she has no problem "stirring" her water

day 20 my Coyote gave to me 2 really nice bracelets...one is a friendship bracelet "already on " and the other is a neat velvety type that wraps your wrist almost like a sticker ....thank you

meh... i wouldn't 'ground' hubby.. he's a good guy.. works his butt off for me and never complains much. he is SO stressed out that he can't find them.. i said heh we just won't have christmas until you can.. you'll find them.. i think the less he worries about them the better chance he'll find them.

anyway.... yesterday im reading on the blog here.. about the Body shop deal.. well i wanted so badly to get and get some. SO glad i didnt'..

Day 20 was the whole set of Japanese cherry blossom.. shower gel, lotion and body spritzer.. hmm maybe i'll use a litte on christmas eve and surprise hubby

well off this morning early to get a few things for today. sugar.. batteries etc. get there and home before the rush. besides im gettin my 'do' done at 1 with hubby. he's getting a hair cut too. talk about pampering.

Day 19 Bath and Body candy apple shower gel and vanilla sugar lotion and a nail file woohoo

Day 20 snowman candy dish full of Hershey kisses ( I am eating them for breakfast)


On another note my knee is feeling better and I have more mobility in it, but the still don't know if I just sprained or tore my ACL. My biggest problem right now is massive hives covering about 20% of my body, I am just a mess right now, hurt knee and dealing with crutches, a horrible viral cold, and now hives.


PammieD and everyone else that is going through a rough time this Holiday season...... My heart goes out to you all and I will pray for you daily.

Some of our loveleys! Today I got Turkey salt and pepper shakers which I have been wanting forever! Thank-you! DD got either socks or chocolate,she forgot to open yesterday so opened both today..I also got lovely kitchen towels and christmas plates and cupcake cups and LOVE it all! Getten a little sad my basket of presents is almost empty!

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well - here hoping you have a speedy recovery! There is another package heading your way (the second part of day 25) tracking says its in Edmonton, so you should get it today or tomorrow!

Hannah has seemed to made a complete recovery, after throwing up is much better -thank goodness and quick found all her energetic self. Now do lots laundry, sigh...
