The singer, who had two young boys, had reportedly struggled with alcohol and mental health issues in recent months and had checked herself into an inpatient rehab facility two weeks ago after the death of her boyfriend, producer David Wilson.
Wilson’s death was initially reported as a suicide, but the sheriff's office in Cleburne County, Ark., has an opened an investigation into it.

Pianist Van Cliburn - Harvey Lavan "Van" Cliburn Jr. - died February 27, 2013 (aged 78)

Van Cliburn toured domestically and overseas. He played for royalty and heads of state, and every president from Eisenhower to Obama.^[3] He was the first classical recording artist to have an album, his recording of Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1, sold more than 1 million copies.^[1]

The music legend became famous in 1958 at the young age of 23 when he won an international piano competition in Moscow at the height of the Cold War, returning home to a parade in his honor and the beginning of five decades of fame.

Loved her in One Day at a Time - and last summer she was on the Young and Restless playing a nun in several episodes (no habit, though!) - she was good!
