I am trying to make a stock up price list which would be after coupon price. Example: I stock up for cereal at $1 or less for a standard size box, or no more than $1/100g of cheese (except cheese strings).

I really wanted to see if any of you would share your stock up prices with me. So i can finish my list. I'd really like to have a whole list in my coupon binder, I think this will make it easier for me making my grocery list. And I think it would benefit a lot of us save time.

    thanks!!

Are there any specific products to are looking for?

Not sure how close your prices are to ours here (york region).

Most fliers are ontario, so we'd be okay I think.

I was thinking of all products, cleaning supplies, snacks, meat even. And I figured asking all the sc's I'd get a wide range and can pick and choose my list.

so anything you think would be good to add I'd appreciate it!

for meat I like to pay less than $6.00 kg. on lots of cuts this is easy, on things like steak I have to go over that. But my general rule is $6.00kg for meats is stock up worthy!

Unless you're into processed food, the best way is to keep a price book and track the prices of your preference. Sales of fresh meats and vegetables go with the seasons. For example, it's a lot easier to find beef stew meat on sale in the winter and steaks in the summer.

Having said that here are some I can think of, considering you're also in Ottawa.

Lays chips: $2.50/bag (although I should revise that since they reduced the size of the bag.)
    Toilet paper: $0.33/double roll
    Frozen fruit (600g): between $3.99 and $4.50
    Butter: $2.99 up to $3.29
    Frozen broccoli/cauliflower: $2.99/600gr
    Turkey wings: $1.99/pound
    Turkey/chicken thighs: $2.99/pound
    Frozen turkey - whole: $1.99 to $2.49/pound
    Chicken breasts-deboned: $4.99/pound
    Farm boy sausage: $3.99/package
    Fresh fish: $15/Kg

Just write down the lowest price and track the products you use.
