I am so embarassed. I was in a long meeting this morning and didn't have time to grab my coffee so as soon as it was up I rush off to Timmies. Standing in line, the lady behind me taps me on the shoulder. I turn around and she nicely lets me know that there is a hole in the back of my pants! So everyone can see my pink undies!!! oh my goodness... can I go home now??? At least I got my coffee. I had planned to stop at the store on the way home... now I'm not so sure, and am wishing I'd worn a longer sweater!!

Eek.. I feel for you.. I often worry bending down that I will rip my too snug pants! Actually, I bit the bullet and bought two new pairs of pants at Walmart last night to pack for San Francisco.. thankfully, their sizes must run on the big side as I didn't have any meltdowns like I did at the thrift shops... but still.. not impressed. Decided when I get back from San Fran, I still have a weeks holiday before going back to work. Hope to use that week to get on the right path, cut the processed "fast" junk, pre-prep meals, and start exercising. I'm just too uncomfortable in my own skin right now..

Buddy... if you are thinking about mailing early.. please note I will be away Monday/Tuesday next week .. CP normally leaves the package on my front door, so if you can wait a couple days, I'd appreciate it!

Ok.. got to squeeze in a bit of work before heading out for my Dr's appt.. see if he has some results for my racing pulse.. oh, and I guess I should fill him in on the fact I'm flying in two days... ???

Ooh.. forgot.. Pammie did you notice Old Navy has a sale on their tee's... 50% on most.. I have an open shopping cart.. sitting on the fence whether to order or not! Lol.. 8 shirts, just under $75 with tax.. but I'm soooo cheap!
