I canceled my home phone with Bell and the day before it was to be cut off they called me with an automated system and put me on hold. LOL. The nerve.
They can't troll me anymore because they don't have my phone number.

We are with Teksavvy for our internet and have our home phone with Magicjack. Both are great! We would never pay so much to Rogers or Bell for any service. They are rip-offs.

I had teksavvy and they were amazing. It's the only ISP that actually can talk with Bell (they have the hardware in phone centers) and changed your ADSL line from Interleaved to Fastchannel (much better pings).

I had Acanac for years. First year was amazing, then my service started having issues. Disconnecting constantly, timeouts, never ending issues. Their tech support was useless, rarely responding to emails and just being idiots on the phone. A few times I convinced them to send out a tech from bell and they'd say he'd be here the next day and I'd wait and wait and he'd never come. When I called back they said they had no record of that claim. Eventually I gave up and switched to Cogeco.
Now I get nailed each month for going over on my bandwidth... you just can't win

Teksavvy just reduced their rates after getting discounts from bell for the use of their lines. They passed the savings on the customers. I love it. I now pay $12 less a month. I never got a discount like that from bell.

Teksavvy has deals to use the equipment from both Bell and Rogers. Teksavvy is a canadian company unlike Bell and Rogers.
