I'm really enjoying the ones that Shoppers have been sending me lately, both through snail mail and through email. It's kind of freaky that they are targeting them to what you buy, but in a way that makes sense, rather than sending you coupons that would get tossed out.

The ones I got yesterday are probably the first ones I'll use from them in a long time - first one will be the pts WUB milk!
Our SDMs either never have enough stock to do the promos WUB $50, or I don't have enough to buy there.

Natalka, if I want to make it to a certain amount, all I have to do is mention it to my daughter and she'll come up with something or other she "needs" at Shoppers. The one near our house has the specialty cosmetics section, so it can add up quickly. Good thing I don't mention it too often because she is at the point of having "more money than brains" when it comes to frivolous purchases.

I agree!! Keep 'em coming SDM!! Loving the BP coupons for things like Lays chips, milk, bacon... stuff we don't get coupons for anyways!

Me too. Love the personalized coupons. I used my 10x points when you spend $10 on food and snack. I ended up with $25 worth of food (only purchased sale items) and ended up with more than 2,500 BP.

I have not used even one personalized coupon.

They seem to be sending them for stuff that I bought a lot of...but that's because I stocked up on that item and I obviously don't need more...

For example: they keep sending me bonus coupons for toothpaste. But I have 5 tubes at home I bought during their last sale, don't need more

I've gotten some fantastic personalized coupons. Its becoming much easier for me to rack up points on things I buy anyway :-D

I like them too, I've had a few rounds that I could have used but I was skipping SDM because I try to only shop during 20x or bonus points days. Hopefully I get some good ones for this weekend as I will be there for sure!

I just wanted to add that on the new mailed coupon booklet it says if you use any three of the coupons, you will get an extra 16,000 bonus points (equal to $20). That's pretty substantial...I wonder if they put them on right after you use the third one or at a certain later date?

I have no idea how they are basing what they send out to whom..... big brother only knows what we know and if we don't know we like it --- then how do they? For example the Veet Electrical wax thingamyjigy.... would that be something I would normally buy - heck no -- but with a full MIR for it - well of course! .... but alas I didn't get sent the full MIR ... (if anyone got it and won't be using it then please pm me )

I got the Pantene Expert $3 off and sample pack.... did they make a connection that I buy more shampoo products than hair removal products ... or was it based on demographics - age - how often I shop there? I am not in marketing (at least not currently) and I believe consumers are completely erratic sometimes ..... The TH promo today is an example of how bizarre we can be !

Anyway I love the direct mail stuff I have received in the last 6 months from SDM .... today I received a Glow Magazine --- no idea why - I don't think I subscribed to it and I'm not a "special Optimum shopper" whatever that was called before.... And more Pantene coupons are in that too! They must believe my hair needs a lot of attention - lol.

ps haven't received any email coups yet ... waiting for those ones -

I received 2x $25 off $75 purchase coupon yesterday. Do you think they will accept the coupon this Saturday?

Ive been enjoying my weekely coupons! They usually send me 1 for milk weekly and we go through alot of that here! As well as last week I got a spend $20 on food and snacks get 20x points so I walked out spending $30 and walked out with 4770 in points!

Then this week in the mail I received the sail mail coupons and some great ones there too! Buy 4L milk get 600 pts, B1G1 Tide 1.18L product. I just wish the other werent spend $xx.xx to get xxx amount of points, because im guessing we cant stack these with an instore promo (ex: 20x)
